Linda’s search to live a wholesome life led her to a career in massage therapy. While living on Hatteras Island, working on a fishing boat, she met her first and most influential massage mentor. Receiving massages herself, she saw that touch not only heals the body, but as importantly, the mind and spirit. She wanted to share this experience with others. 
She then began her formal studies at the Cayce-Reilly School of Massage in Va. Beach, Va. She completed her certification at the Carolina School of Massage Therapy, Carrboro, NC in 1990.
Linda offers a variety of modalities in her practice: Women’s Wellness focus, Swedish/Relaxation, Deep tissue, Reflexology, Lymphatic Breast Massage, Polarity and Cranial Sacral.  Her clients and work include people of all ages, pre- and post-natal women, geriatric, oncology and end of life/Hospice. 
In addition to service to others through massage, she is an avid gardener, healthy cook, seeker of the creative process in many arts and crafts, musician, singer, and lover of nature and all it offers.
