75 Minutes $135
90 Minutes $155
Massage comes in different forms, but as a collective, we offer the following:

Deep Tissue Massage

A deep tissue massage targets deep layers of muscle and the surrounding tissues. People may choose this type of massage to treat sports injuries or chronic pain.

Swedish Massage

The most common types of massages you can get. Performed to energize the body and improve overall health. This type of massage involves actions like percussion, kneading, vibration, tapping and rolling.

Myofascial Massage

Myofascial release is a type of physical therapy often used to treat myofascial pain syndrome, a chronic pain disorder caused by sensitivity and tightness in your myofascial tissues.

Reflexology

Pressure is applied to specific reflex points on the foot. These points correspond to organs and areas of the body. The treatment is said to induce a healing response, even alleviating some ailments.

Cupping

Cupping therapy is a therapeutic technique that utilizes a vacuum force created beneath a small vessel applied onto the skin's surface. It assists in pain management, musculoskeletal disorders, and various other health conditions.

Sports Massage

Sports massage is focused and systematic, targeting muscles that are used in a specific sport. It uses various techniques to decrease muscle pain  and can  improve recovery.

Lymphatic Massage

Lymphatic drainage massage relieves swelling that happens when medical treatment or illness blocks your lymphatic system. It involves gently manipulating specific areas of your body to help move lymph to working vessels.

Lymphatic Breast Massage

This Modality offers several benefits for maintaining good breast health. Clearing lymphatic congestion in the breasts, can reduce the risk of breast-related issues and maintain optimal breast function. Used for lactation as well.

Fertility Massage

Fertility Massage Therapy is a deep, yet gentle and non-invasive therapy that works by bringing the organs within the abdominal area back into alignment, releasing pressure and strengthening the surrounding muscles and ligaments.

Prenatal Massage

A pregnancy massage is tailored to address the tight spots that may be exacerbated by pregnancy. Prenatal hormones like oxytocin and relaxin are optimal for deep relaxation and tissue healing.

Postnatal Massage

Postpartum bodywork is an effective and holistic approach for the many adjustments to motherhood. Unique postpartum benefits include hormone regulation, reduced swelling, body alignment and  improved breastfeeding.

Labor Induction Massage

An induction massage focuses on acupressure points found in the back to the legs, feet, and hands to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system. It decreases stress hormones and increases natural Oxytocin and will  help release your sacrum and pelvic area. Not to be done before 39 weeks.
