I’m a Usui Reiki Ryoho / Usui Tibetan Reiki Master trained at the Duke Integrative Medicine Center who has practiced Reiki privately as well as in service of the local community. My approach to promoting deep relaxation and healing responses during sessions is intuitive, holistic and guided by each client's unique situation.
Creating a safe and restorative space is essential to my work, and every client is treated with care and respect. Having found Reiki organically and serendipitously along my own healing journey, my practice is shaped by a desire to share the benefits of this transformative therapy with those seeking chronic pain relief, improved sleep, support through a challenging life transition, release from stress and tension, and increased clarity, creativity and focus. A little about me: I grew up and went to college in Virginia, moved around quite a bit on both coasts, and have lived in North Carolina now for almost 20 years working in a creative field and momming.
